Predicting ORF with ORF Finder

An Open Reading Frame is a sequence that start with a start codon and end with a stop codon. If we go to NCBI and search ORF Finder in the tools we can just paste the sequence and it will show all the ORF in the sequence, in what strands are they and all the predicted peptide strands and the different reading frames
